Underbowl is all brass except inner ring of white porcelain bearing backstamp in red circle Japanese Porcelain Ware ACF Decorated in Hong Kong (ACF means decorated in Hong Kong)

Vintage from 1960s-70s—
Very good preowned condition—brass is tarnished & scuffed on bottom with a few areas on the upper rim—probably will clean up nicely with a little brass polish
