The Mystery Chef's Own Cook Book by John Macpherson, Copyright 1943, was written to give information to the new (and experienced) cooks. 355 pages of Recipes, Cooking Tips and Basics of Cooking.
Both books are fun to read and in wonderful condition, with no writing or tears (a few minor dog earrings)
