D E S C R I P T I O N: Fine Old Dixie Recipes: The Southern Cook Book. This cookbook was compiled and edited by Lillie S. Lustig, S. Claire Sondheim and Sarah Rensel with decorations drawn by H. Charles Kellum. It was published by Culinary Arts Press, P. O. Box 915, Reading, Pa. It has a copy-write date of 1939. The book covers are made of wood and the book is 48 pages in length. It includes many of the southern favorites from appetizers to soups. It is bound by leather hoops. ***This book is super old school and contains racist images and language.

C O N D I T I O N: This book is in good used vintage condition. It has some minor edge and corner wear and light soiling on the front and back covers. The pages have yellowing from age, and a couple small very light stains. A recipe was written on one of the last pages shown in pics. Please see photos for details.
