1981 Edition, Softcover, 19 pages, 27.5×21.5 cm, English
This is the exhibition catalog for Stephen Shore, one of the pioneers of new color photography, who continues to be noted for his work. His exhibition was held at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in 1971 when he was only 24 years old, and a solo exhibition was held at MoMA in 1976. This catalog is from five years later and is one of Stephen Shore's early publications, published the year before his renowned Uncommon Places.
The cover photo depicts a scene from a Major League (likely minor league) batting cage in Florida, titled Craig Nettles, Fort Lauderdale 1978.
Condition: The cover shows signs of aging with some wear and dullness, and there are slight corner bumps. There is a small stain on the edge of the title page on the first page. Overall, the pages are in good condition, and the photos and text can be viewed without any problems.
