Does up the center front with 5 bamboo buttons.  Vertical buttonholes.  

Back shoulder yoke and upper left chest pocket.

Tagged a size Large.  Based on the measurements below this would fit a size Medium to close fitting Large.

Bottom: 43 - around
Length: 28 - (includes 3 3/8 back yoke) - center back to shirt bottom

CONDITION:

This is in very good condition.  There are no marks, odors, stains, rips, tears, holes, fading, discoloration, snags or other issues.  The buttons are securely sewn on and original to the shirt.
