This is a collaboration item with the Japanese tenugui manufacturer Kamawanu.
The representative textile of Kamawanu, KAMAWANU, has been resized for shirts and printed.
Kamawanu is a play on words that combines the kanji for sickle (鎌) and the symbol for circle (◯), which can be read as Kamawanu.
This play on words is a riddle where hidden meanings are deciphered from letters or pictures.
Kamawanu expresses the spirit of Edo townspeople who would sacrifice themselves to help the weak, embodying the sentiment of not concerning oneself or not caring.

The black color sharpens the overall look, creating a very unique atmosphere.

At first glance, the design seems to have a strong personality, but once worn, it blends in remarkably well and is a very easy-to-use aloha shirt.
