The system itself is factory reset and essentially brand new, with no cracks and one light scratch on the screen. The system doc, the charger, the joy con holders, and HDMI cable are all present and in working condition.
The two games are Diablo 3 and Super Smash Bros Ultimate if you were wondering. There is an also next to not used pro controller that comes with the system, which I haven't touched since June.
There is one notable defect with the system, and that is that the left side joycon slides off noticeably easily even when locked in. The controls all work perfectly though.
