Nordnes is a beautiful part of Bergen, a peninsula on the west side of the original old harbour of Bergen - Vågen. Nordnes is filled with the painted wooden houses which Bergen is famous for dating back hundreds of years. You will be hard pressed to find a more traditional norwegian design.
