Probably around 1960’s vintage raffia Breton hat. Breton is the upturned rim. It is classy , formal, attractive. Hats make the outfit. This one has a 2” wide black grosgrain head band with a flat bow in back. There is grosgrain edging all around the edge. The dome height is 3.5”
