RETURN FRAUD POLICY : We take every precaution to prevent Return Fraud. Every item is inspected thoroughly when returned. An item with any signs of wear or use of item can NOT be returned.

•tags removed

•packaging ripped open/destroyed

•perfume/smoke/deodorant residue

•dirt on soles/inside of shoes

•any smell of use of shoes

*What can I return?

You may return any item that is unused, in new condition, or any item that was damaged upon receipt.

-Shoes/Clothing/Accessories must be UNWORN and unwashed. All tags must remain attached. ALL PACKAGING MUST BE RETURNED AS YOU RECEIVED IT.

-Electronics/Miscellaneous Items must be home unopened. All packaging, wrapping, and

tags must be intact.

*Who pays for shipping?

-If an item is to be replaced due to damage upon receipt, we will reimburse ship costs for return. Follow return prompts for a prepaid label.
