This is an anorak jacket, the same style worn by Yuji Oda in the 2000 film Whiteout, which was sold through mail order.
There are cracks on the plate of the left chest pocket due to age (see photo 8).
Although it is an old item, it has been worn very little and there are no noticeable scratches or stains.
Overall, it is in excellent condition.
