This is an authentic round wooden cheese box hand painted with a red chicken and eggs from the 1960s. Inside are 20 ceramic eggs hand painted and signed by the same artist, Tommy Hoyt. All dated from '68 - '69. Each egg has a different image and are beautifully detailed with bright colors. Simply charming and impressive pieces of art. The largest egg measures approx. 3 1/2 x 2 & the smallest size is approx. 1 1/2 x 1 1/2 - the cheese box is about 15 diam. Asking for 54 OBO. Must see to appreciate.
