Hasbro brand, vintage cat toy from the year 1990
Unfortunately batteries were left inside of this toy and there is corrosion. I included photos of inside the toy plus of the piece with the most damage. I do not know, maybe if that piece could be replaced the cat may still be able to walk, but I can’t guarantee that
