Stunning and ethereal ivory silk chiffon formal gown by OC Oleg Cassini. Beautifully pleated bodice with black rosettes at the empire wasit, column floor length flowing skirt. Bodice has the rubber grip at top, so tuck in the straps and wear it strapless as well.
