Fun and flirty sweetheart neckline cotton halter dress with smocked back and gathered skirt. Pleated bust and flattering angled front waistline. Bright vibrant orange, fuchsia, green and white floral with black background. Elastic in halter for a comfortable fit.

Tagged size 11. Seen on size 4 mannequin without pinning. Can fit a range of sizes due to smocking and gathering at skirt. Message for measurements.
