Vintage Tiny sized red-hot 80s Victor Costa strapless mini dress from luxury department store Bonwit Teller. This is for tiny people! It is featured on my size small dress form and it will not zip all the way up in the back. Structure detailing across the padded bust. Laying flat measures 32.5 inches top to bottom, 11.5 inches straight across the waist and 14.5” armpit to armpit with darting to accommodate cup size. 16 inches straight across the hip. There is a small scratch on the surface of the brushed satin fabric near the top flap. Please see picture. Please note this is tag size 4, but that is vintage sizing. By modern standards, it is probably closer to an XS or even XXS. Please double check measurements to ensure the proper fit for you.
