Made in the 1920s by the Morimura Brothers who started their pottery business in 1876 in New York City, exporting from their home country Asian Antiques and decorative arts.
The business progressed to being called Nippon in 1904 and then began selling under › Noritake in the 1920s. The M on the bottom of the dish is for Morimura, making this 1920 or earlier. Will consider reasonable offers.
