For sale : a vintage German Schott-Mainz Jena Glas 3 piece teapot with a five cup capacity. Included are the pot, lid, and infuser.
This design by Löffelhardt won the 1957 Gold Medal XI at the Triennale Milan and the 1960 Grand Prix XII. It was based on an earlier glass teapot designed by Wagenfeld in 1930 for Schott & Genossen. Years of production were 1955 to 1960.
