This veil is new in packaging, never used, just not returned on time. I ended up renting a different veil.
It is made of tulle with a comb for hair placement, has 2 layers, in ivory color, with crystals on the scalloped edges. It is wrinkled from packaging but can be steamed to get the wrinkles out.
