This is a Gore-Tex hooded jacket from the Italian army, also known as a mountain parka.
It still has its patches and the overall fabric condition is relatively good. There is one point where the zipper slider is slightly detached from the fabric at the tip, but it doesn't affect opening and closing, and there is enough room to easily sew it back on.
This is a longer model, so while the length is long, the sleeve length would be just right for a man around 170-175 cm tall.
