Connecting body and head joint came out
Armor on left knee came off but most likely an easy fix with glue
One of the face parts has a black smudge(pictured)
Box has damage on the side
The ear part on one of the heads is slightly bent(pictured) but you can use hot water to mold it back into shape in a few minutes
Everything else is in good condition very flexible and can do a ton of poses also very stable
