5 Vernonware Brown Eyed Susan Oval Plates 14”
- These oval plates are amazing and VERY hard to find!
- They are large - I'm sure they were intended for use as large dinner plates, but they are big enough to be used as a smaller serving platter as well.
- Marked Vernonware - I believe these are the Montecito shape from the late 1940s to 1950s
- Can be mixed and matched with the same pattern marked Vernon Kilns
- Great pieces for spring or fall

Nice Condition
- Shiny, with minimal light surface use marks
- A few dark marks that appear to be paint splotches or some sort of stain - does not detract and are under glaze so probably original to the pieces.
- A few small rough spots on the back sides - appear to be spots missed during glazing
- Some backstamps are very light
- I see no cracks, breaks, or repairs
- Minimal crazing if any

- Rise from table is 1 1/8
