This is a gorgeous vintage necklace made of deep, cherry red faceted glass with a teardrop pendant. The clasp is marked 925 for sterling silver. It's possible that the beads are older, from the 1920s-30s, and it's possible that the piece was made later. Overall, the necklace is still in very great shape, and it is heavy.
