Awesome Vintage Burberry's Coat! It overall is in good shape but does have tears in the lining at the bottom of the coat (see pictures). These tears don't really show from the outside. The rest of the condition is good, it is preowned but no heavy wear or flaws such as stains or holes. I believe this is a women's coat but there is no tag that indicates this or the size. Seems to be perhaps a modern day women's small or medium but please check measurements below to ensure fit.
