This listing is for a gorgeous sterling silver vintage ring. Love the ornate, yet understated setting. I think the amber color cabochon is made of reconstituted/heated amber. The reflective flecks throughout the stone would be indicative of this process. But I am not an expert. :-) Thus, there still is a slim possibility this could be unadulterated.
The ring is marked: 925 . The size of this ring is slightly over 6 (about 6.25). It weighs 4.8 grams, so it would be easy to wear. Not too heavy. The ring is in good, but not pristine condition, showing some surface wear/scratches in places, especially the amber cabochon.
