This is a Dissected Companion cushion from the brand original fake, a collaboration between KAWS, a graffiti artist based in New York, and MEDICOM TOY, a Japanese toy maker.

It is a cushion made from the face of a model where half of the Companion, a representative work of KAWS, is a human anatomical model.
As the artist has fans all over the world, I think it will become even more scarce in the future.
