Before REI put their own label on bags, their manufacturing arm was named THAW Corp. and they constructed the bags in Seattle from 1967 into the 90s. Bag is 28 X 86 and contains 2 lbs of ultralight Thermalite insulation... not sure of temp rating but bag has been stored dry and loose, not stuffed.
