Incredible textile! Very detailed. Looks like a party scene with birds. The whole background is gold.
Not easy to photograph at all. Nothing does it justice. It might be a heavy silk? It is vintage, completely lined in red cloth and has a top pocket for a dowel for hanging.
Drums, sitar’s and dancers under the crescent moon. Green parrots boarder the whole scene. It’s one of those things you just want to look at for a while.
Estate piece. Measures about 26” x 33”.no damage, no stains, perfect!
