This is a Sony Walkman with Hi-Res audio support.
I believe all the items in the photo are included, but there may be some missing parts.
I used it for a few months after purchasing it, but then I bought a newer model and stopped using it.
I decided to sell it because I don't think I'll use it anymore.
The earphones alone are worth around 5,000 yen, so I think it's a good deal.
I've heard that the advantage of the Android version is that you can use apps, but the disadvantages are that the battery life is shorter and it takes up Android storage space.
