True vintage 1930's 30's toddler baby little girls blue green print blouse top! No size so please see measurements because I am unsure. Cute short puff sleeves. Has a pointed collar. V-neck doesn't have any buttons. Bright colorful plaid in lime green, kelly green, blue and white. Has had a full soak and press. Feels like a soft cotton.
