Comes from a smoke-free pet friendly home with a hypoallergenic dog. Has been sealed in an airtight bag since before the pet came into the home. Washed in tide. no stains or tears no broken buckles or straps. Gently used part of a large collection. Very limited run I believe there was only 20 to 24 spots for this pre-order with four different sizes two different strap sizes so I can’t imagine mini are out there like this one.
