- The faceplates have black scuffs on them from the eye patch, but they are completely covered by the hair and eyepatch once the figure is assembled
- The entry plug handle joint (see picture) is slightly loose
- The hair has a small scuff (came like this) (see picture)
- The ball joint that connects the head/torso and lower half of body is loose and separates sometimes due to the weight of the head; if you prop the figure up accordingly it can be supported upright
