I couldn’t find any scuffs or shine marks but she’s an older doll so she probably has some somewhere. I am not the original owner. Her limbs seem tight. Her hair is shiny for its age but definitely not new. Her neck strings have never been cut. Her neck is stamped Pleasant Company and her eyelashes are soft, but dark in color. So I don’t know if that means she is PM or early Mattel. She has a body tag (see photos for close-ups).
