This is a Patagonia Synchilla Snap-T. The tag has faded, so the manufacturing year and country are not readable. Vintage Patagonia Snap-Ts are becoming increasingly difficult to find in good condition, making them rare.

The labeled size is Men’s large. The material is 100% polyester and very warm. There are some signs of wear, pilling on the ribbed areas, and a dark, rough spot as pictured, but overall the condition is good so it can still be worn comfortably.
