Condition is “Pre-owned”, it does have several holes at the front of the vest from pin holes which I've circled (see picture 7, 8, & 9). There's some light green marks inside the vest as well (see picture 6). Also some sign of drying on the top right shoulder of the vest (See last photo), just need to apply some leather cleaner – Please refer to pictures for more information (vest measurements, size, fabric, etc.).
