MAC's Beauty Marked was described by one source as a slightly warm toned very dark burgundy with a sparkle finish . MAC describes it as a black-red color with pearl sparkles and a velvet finish. I would describe it as the most beautiful eyeshadow I've ever seen. It has a long lasting formula that blends easily. If you're not convinced you're ready to go all teenage goth girl with it, didn't worry. You can do baby steps, put just a little in the crease and blend it out from crease to corner. If you're like me, however, you're going full blown vampire in broad daylight ever day! Beauty Marked also makes a perfect twist on the traditional smokey eye. I do highly recommend using eye primer with this though as it can sometimes end up looking all faded black with no red or sparkles if you don't use primer. This color is discontinued, rare, hard to find, collectible, highly sought after, and greatly coveted! If you find one (and you did) GET IT! Thanks for shopping!
