This is a hand made, up-cycled skirt. I got it from a clothing convention for 75, but there is no tag… so I don’t know who made it & don’t know what size it is. I am a XS/S and it’s too big! It breaks my heart to get rid of her, but I’ve had it for a year and it still doesn’t fit :(
Would fit a Size SMALL (low-rise) if you have hips (…I do not) or a size MEDIUM (high-waisted) & tighter fit
Measurements: 14 inch waist / 20 inches Hips (bottom of skirt) / 14 inches long!
