This is Barbie's English cousin, Francie's Gad-About partial outfit, which was originally issued in 1966. I believe this is the reproduction outfit. The green pumps were added as the original short boots weren't located.
The set contains the green and blue knit sweater with a loop and button back closure, the blue and green matching pattern stockings, a stretchy waist band skirt, and a green hanger. Missing cap and blue glasses.
All items are clean and from a smoke-free home.
