It is an item that was purchased about 15 years ago for the purpose of collecting, mainly for the Pokemon poster that came as a supplement.
The poster features gym leaders and their partner Pokemon from the Nintendo DS games Diamond, Pearl, and Platinum. On the front side, you can see a list of Pokemon that also appear in the game.
In addition, there are also included items like a booklet for Pokemon Platinum and stickers for Animal Crossing: Wild World.
