A rare Jack Silverman original oerigraph. Hand signed Jack Silverman in pencil, lower right side. Titled: 'Navajo Women's Wearing Blanket An Archival Study By Jack Silverman Sante Fe, New Mexico.' Marked: 'Reproduction of Eyedazzler circa 1890. An Original Serigraph by Jack Silverman 1982.'
Good condition. Color is vivid and bright, unfaded. Edge wear/ dents on the right and left side. A couple minor markings. See images. This serigraph will frame beautifully after mounting.

Jack Silverman (1940 - 2017, American) World renowned artist, collector of Native American textiles, scholar of Native American history and culture and curator of Native American ethnographic information. Born in 1940, in Chicago, Illinois, Mr. Silverman lived and worked in historic Santa Fe, New Mexico. Jack began creating his acclaimed serigraphs in 1974, as archival studies of his world renouned textile collection.
