Please view the images for an in depth look as I don't know much about vintage dolls. I think she is from the 1940s or 50s era (not sure) she has no markings.
1. She has no cracks apart from the seam on her neckline, is open. You can't tell much when she's dressed though (see images)
2. She also has her left eyelash missing, an easy fix with bought lash and glue)
The rest of the doll is in great shape, no cracks etc
Her dress attire is in great shape also, no rips, no tears, no fading.
She is about 18 inches tall.
3. One eye is a little irregular, see pics.
Her head has a loose mettle pole running down into her body. So you can position the head any way. Though please keep in mind her head is loose but once positioned, holds well as a really nice conversation peace.
She has no cracks (just the one in the images with neck, but that is just the seam and can be glued)
color of her clothes does not seem to be faded really.Her dress is amazing. It must span out 16 inches around her body
