Hi! This is a Very Rare Scarecrow Square Halloween Plastic Sign by Telco Creations from 1988.
This piece of Halloween Decor is in good condition with no breaks or cracks. Does have scratches, as well as marks from where tape and adhesive had been on it for many years and removed. See pics. (It is 35 years old.) It also has some discoloration on the back side. The front graphics are nice and vibrant with the colors, despite the flaws.
It is about 18” x 4 1/2” .
