This is an unused unworn Raintree No scaring. Very nice Feather Shield for the price. It is highly thought of with collectors. 1978 anniversary addition for Harley-Davidson 75 anniversary. Very nice BRAND NEW 78 Raintree!
I have learned a little more about this buckle. I don’t know who came up with its many names, including Feather Shield (which I never liked). It’s actually represents Harley Davidson’s spiritual symbol - The Oak Leaf and Acorn!!! The Shield being the Acorn. Now that I love!!! Anyone know more about its name and what it really represents?
