The plastic card sheet was produced by Showa Note which is a Japanese stationary company. The plastic sheet measures about 7 ×10 . It's made of a hard plastic similar to a credit card or gift card. Still in great condition.
The sticker measures about 5 ×6.5 . That one is a little beat up but still has the backing and has never been peeled off.
I acquired these at the earliest probably about 1996 so these are at least that old of not older.
