The purse was repaired. There wasn’t an “O” ring on it so it is a vintage replacement. I sewed the ring on and it still wasn’t closing correctly. The bead seems like it’s up to high but it looks like that was the original spot. I tacked the top onto the bottom with one stitch to keep it shut. It can easily be removed if desired. I just didn’t want to move the original bead down to see if it closed then. Purse is in clean condition. See photos for all details.
