Number of slides is approximate - these were marked Guadalcanal. There are candid shots around the base, and possibly girls from a USO show. They are from a soldier who was stationed in the south pacific during WWII. Slides were marked as being taken in 1942-1946, although some appear to have been printed later. See pics for condition.
