Signed first edition, first printing hardcover copy of Monstruo: The Art of Carlos Huante (Design Studio Press, 2004). Signed by author on Contents page. Contains the portfolio of acclaimed illustrator and designer who’s known best for his work on Ghostbusters, Hellboy, Blade, Dune, Men in Black, Spiderwick Chronicles, Van Helsing - and has worked on the creature development team for Lucas Digital. Jacket is protected in new archival sleeve but previously experienced some scratches, rubbing and shelf wear around the edges. Boards are straight and clean but with corners bumped. A few instances of split binding, which is loosening on the whole, though all pages remain attached. All pages are clean and unmarked. See photos for condition.
