LEGO City: Police Patrol (set #60045) - released in 2014. Retired!

The set is 100% COMPLETE and includes all parts, all 3 minifigures, and all accessories! Also includes all 4 instruction books. The parts for the set and the minifigures are all in excellent condition. The instruction books do show some signs of play wear but are in good condition overall. I believe that most of the original stickers are applied correctly and are still intact but just in case, I will say that a few are missing (see pics).

I counted every part to be able to guarantee it is 100% complete. Parts have been sorted by color and bagged for easy building. Shipped quickly!

Comes from an adult collector in a non-smoking home. No Box.
