Such a fun vintage piece!!
Sailor in the 'Salty Dog' row boat
Pendulum swinging action helped by the blue metal ball with the anchor on it at the bottom.
When put into motion, the sailors arms move as well as the oars as he 'rows'.
Item is made to look aged so some of what looks like condition issues are actually on purpose. In very good vintage condition. Stand has some condition issues. Of note: the top of the metal stand where the sailor rests has signs of wear and a nick on the bottom that can be hidden in the back.
