I have really tiny wrists and arms so for me I could use this as an arm cuff on my bicep but for most it would probably be suited as a bracelet. The entire cuff is made out of copper wire and each leaf is wire wrapped by hand with glass seed beads. This bracelet can be shaped to an extent to mold to your arm and it measures approximately 6 inches in length not including the chain and with the chain the longest it would be is 7.5 inches. Let me know if you want it hammered more for texture. Copper will naturally darken over time
